Access Statement

(i)    There are no steps at the entrance to the Hotel;

(ii)    There are 4 steps up to the existing toilets, which are too small to accommodate wheelchairs;

(iii)    All guest bedrooms are located on the first floor, which has several level changes;

(iv)    There are 12 steps up a steep narrow stairs to access the guest bedroom area:-
                For Health and Safety reasons disabled persons must not enter this area;

(v)    Three Guest bedrooms have baths.  One bedroom has a bath / shower combined.  Two  bedrooms have small showers only;

(vi)    Planning will be applied for in the near future to establish disabled facilities on the ground floor public areas.
