Access Statement

(i)    There are no steps at the entrance to the Hotel.

(ii)    There are 4 steps up to the existing toilets, which are too small to accommodate wheelchairs.

(iii)    All guest bedrooms are located on the first floor, which has several level changes.  We have no rooms on the ground floor and we have no lift.

(iv)    There are 12 steps up a steep narrow stairs to access the guest bedroom area.   

             - for Health and Safety reasons disabled persons must not enter this area.

(v)    Three Guest bedrooms have baths.  One bedroom has a bath / shower combined.  Two  bedrooms have small showers only.

(vi)    Planning will be applied for in the future to establish disabled facilities on the ground floor public areas.
